$65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role:

The Customer RMA Resolution Expert will be responsible for reviewing customer specifications, verifying model numbers, and offering alternative solutions when required. They will also provide customers with evaluations of RMAs based on evaluation reports, working closely with technical support staff as needed. Additionally, they will review commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance with prior agreements and established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review customer specifications to verify model numbers and offer alternative solutions if necessary
  2. Provide customers with evaluations of RMAs based on evaluation reports, collaborating with technical support staff as needed
  3. Review commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance with prior agreements and established guidelines
  4. Enter accurate and timely AWR orders into the Oracle system to meet customer requirements
  5. Assure all order details are accurate and conform to customer needs and factory capabilities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • English proficiency (written and oral) level B2 (Upper Intermediate)
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and answer phone calls to handle cases or requests
  • Customer service or equivalent technical experience (0-1 year)
  • Attention to detail and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service or equivalent technical experience (>2 years)
  • Past work experience associated with the process industry
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:

3 days remote, 2 days on-site work structure. Work hours may adjust according to US time zones.
