As a Technical Account Manager at AWS Enterprise Support, you will have the opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and "voice of the customer" for our Enterprise clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide technical guidance and support to our Enterprise clients, helping them to achieve the greatest value from AWS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to resolve inquiries from Enterprise customers regarding AWS services or Cloud.
- Completing analysis and presenting periodic reviews of operational performance to customers.
- Ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
- Fostering trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Leading technical discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, proactive scope, and risk management.
