As a Technical Account Manager at AWS Enterprise Support, you will have the opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and "voice of the customer" for our Enterprise clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide technical guidance and support to our Enterprise clients, helping them to achieve the greatest value from AWS.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical support to resolve inquiries from Enterprise customers regarding AWS services or Cloud.
  2. Completing analysis and presenting periodic reviews of operational performance to customers.
  3. Ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
  4. Fostering trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  5. Leading technical discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, proactive scope, and risk management.
