**Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year**

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our enterprise customers, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions to resolve them
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement new features and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong understanding of UNIX, Windows, and Mac OS operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
