Technical Support Representative Role
We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Representative to join our team of Technical Support Experts. If you have a passion for technical issues and want to be part of a company with a fantastic work culture, then this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing the customer's time and effort required to achieve resolution.
- Maintain 100% schedule adherence, high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Service Levels.
- Continuously review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as necessary.
- Balancing personal talents and skill sets with coaching from superiors while making customers happy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-year experience in a call center setting.
- Technical troubleshooting experience.
- B2+ or above English level.
- Able to complete on-site training for 3 weeks.
- Access to a reliable internet connection with download speed of 20Mbps, upload speed of 15Mbps, and latency of 20Ms or less.
