About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Chargeback Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Vendor Chargeback Dispute Management (VCDM) team, you will be responsible for resolving vendor chargebacks through thorough analysis and investigation.
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting with Amazon vendors, stakeholders, and customers via remote meetings and/or calls
- Executing end-to-end processes and tools related to daily investigation tasks
- Analyzing and investigating vendor chargeback disputes
- Ensuring that chargebacks have been responded and processed correctly
- Improving internal processes to reduce and optimize the flow of chargebacks
- Participating in vendor education and training
- Identifying issues and proactively seeking solutions
- Improving Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma
- 6+ months of working experience in corporate customer service, back-office, or contact center environments
- B2 English proficiency
- B2 Italian proficiency
