At Td Synnex, we're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Technical Escalation Specialist to manage technical escalations for our clients. This critical role requires effective coordination with internal teams and the ability to provide solutions to complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create action plans to resolve client escalations
- Lead internal teams in resolving complex technical issues
- Present root cause analysis, technical issues, and resolution actions to executive stakeholders

About You:

We're looking for an individual with at least 5-8 years of relevant work experience, including project management skills (PMP Professional is optional). Strong data entry skills, complex problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership skills, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to adjust readily to change.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location.
