Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

In this pivotal role at Smartsheet, you will be responsible for elevating software sales and driving expansion across your assigned territory of accounts. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong drive to succeed, coupled with the ability to identify opportunities before they arise. Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will be expected to exceed software and services sales quotas, engage and qualify inbound leads, develop new opportunities within existing customer relationships, build executive awareness, sales pipeline, and bookings growth within your territory. Your responsibilities will also include tracking key metrics to forecast sales opportunities and leveraging MEDDICC qualification guidelines to maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the software or technology sector
- At least 1 year of experience managing and maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment
- Aptitude to manage multiple requests and demands concurrently while achieving production goals from assigned territories or sets of accounts
- Ability to prospect for cross-selling and up-selling potential within existing books of business
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Docusign, Outreach, Tableau
- Passion for working with new technologies and technical concepts
- Ability to deal well with adversity and remain driven and resilient
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a B2 English Proficiency Level or higher
