We are seeking an accomplished Dynamic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Regus. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your centre while driving sales and revenue growth.

The Opportunity

  • You will start each day with a collaborative team discussion to plan the day and ensure everyone is prepared.
  • Welcome members and guests, show them around the facilities, and help them set up their WiFi connections and AV systems for presentations.
  • Host meetings to understand customer needs and introduce them to other businesses in the centre at networking events.

A typical day at Regus may involve:

  • Welcoming a large company taking over a whole floor and coordinating their move-in process.
  • Hosting monthly operations meetings for Community Sales Managers from your local cluster of centres.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in managing a smooth-running operation. As a Dynamic Business Growth Specialist, you will be an accomplished multitasker, able to anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately £45,000 - £60,000 based on the UK location and industry standards.
