Sales Leadership and Team Development Director

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives, serving primarily US-based customers.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the technology field or SaaS. A proven track record of building, growing, and managing top-performing sales teams is essential. Exceptional customer relationship and deal management skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate are also required.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of up to 8 Inside Sales Representatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, staff, and train a team of qualified sales professionals.
- Formulate and execute monthly sales plans while pacing towards quarterly goals.
- Use sales enablement tools to coach and provide feedback to direct reports in areas such as sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career development.
This role requires a self-starter attitude, being result-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive. The ability to motivate your team to meet established goals and standards is crucial. Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, and Chorus is preferred.
