Sales Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Supervisor to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Sales Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing assigned sales territories and day-to-day activities of the sales team to meet and exceed all established goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales territories and sales team activities to achieve sales goals.
- Set and track team members' goals and objectives.
- Assist management in creating business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase sales and profits in the territories.
- Perform inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build relationships with customers.
- Create and implement customer-specific business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase sales and profits.
- Communicate with teams to inform them of daily tracking of sales and important customer and product information.
- Prepare forecasts for monthly and quarterly performance by customer.
- Assign duties to associate team members to ensure coverage and completion of all relevant tasks.
- Evaluate customer slippage reports to determine which customers to focus attention on.
- Keep track of each account's credit status to determine which accounts need review or may run into credit problems and interact with the Credit department as necessary to resolve customer credit issues.
- Keep updated profiles on all accounts to anticipate where we can fulfill a need in their respective business plans.
- Participate in vendor-sponsored and Corporate-sponsored training/meetings to attain new and existing product, industry, and company knowledge to provide better service to customers.
- Establish consistent and frequent competitive intelligence reports from customers to Sales Manager Human Capital Management and Leadership Hiring, coaching, developing, and motivating sales team members.
- Maintain records, performance information, and documentation.
- Provide and pursue all necessary and required training (e.g. vendor training) and development for employees.
- Conduct team member performance management, including administering Performance Improvement Plans, RoHR, monthly MBO's, attendance, and adherence to TD policies and procedures.
- Responsible for team reward and recognition programs, including nomination and monitoring of division and corporate programs.
- Perform other additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED plus the established minimum requirements for the position.
- 2-3 years supervisory experience.
- Experience in the Sales or IT industry is a plus.
- 100% proficiency in English.
Professional, office environment. Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
