Strategic Sales Operations Analyst Lead

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will lead Deal Operations Analysts in our Costa Rica office, collaborating closely with Sales Operations teams, Order Management, and IT teams to support sellers and sales leadership throughout the quoting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues on opportunities, account data, quoting, and order booking.
- Educate and train Sales on systems and processes.
- Prepare sales quotes, ensuring policies are followed.
- Assist with completing quotes and provide ad-hoc training.
- Proactively engage with Sales Reps to precheck opportunity transactions and quotes.
- Create, update, and enrich accounts.
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide clear instructions to Sales Reps.
- Work with Partner Operations, Distribution Operations, Sales Operations, Partner Development, and Order Management teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years hands-on experience using Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing processes.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and timely adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in English to interact with sellers and operations team.
- Scheduling flexibility during critical periods.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
