About the Role

Join Amazon International Seller Services (ISS) to contribute to the growth and success of our selling partners worldwide.

ISS is a dynamic organization that develops solutions to enable sellers to manage their businesses effectively on the Amazon platform. Our mission is to make sellers successful on Amazon.

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our new team in Costa Rica, where you will play a vital role in providing support to our selling partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit and manage seller relationships by championing their needs at Amazon.
  2. Support the growth of sellers' businesses by adding selection and programs, and delivering on key business opportunities.
  3. Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business and provide a great consumer experience.
  4. Identify prospects and establish long-term partnerships by communicating the value proposition for their business.
  5. Track and report performance using appropriate metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
About the Team

The International Seller Services organization is responsible for developing solutions that enable sellers worldwide, including software platforms and applications that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, seller integration, customer relationship management, and order management functions.

We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of sales or account management experience, as well as experience with digital advertising, client-facing roles, and data analysis.
