About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Representative to support our US Self-Service Recruitment Sales team (SSR Sales) in launching newly registered selling accounts. As an RNL Account Representative, you will play a critical role in prospecting, qualifying and enriching leads for a sales team with a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with and identify high-potential Selling Partners who have not yet launched via outbound outreach
  • Provide education on selling programs and address obstacles in the onboarding process to allow our Selling Partners to scale as quickly as possible
  • Prospect within your pipeline for high-potential Brand Owners and Resellers to be recruited, engaging them over both phone and email to prepare them to Sell on Amazon
  • Manage your lead pipeline, prioritize high-value opportunities, and help them work towards their Amazon launch
  • Lead detailed Discovery calls to ensure proper qualification of new Opportunities and update and maintain client interactions and contact information within Salesforce

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (Equivalent being 4+ years sales support or sales operations experience in e-commerce, SaaS, cloud or a related industry)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience documenting client interactions in Salesforce or another CRM
  • Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years' sales support of sales operations experience
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
  • Advanced Salesforce.com experience including the development of dashboards and reports
