About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Representative to join our US Inbound Sales team in Costa Rica. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the US Self-Service Recruitment Sales team in launching newly registered selling accounts. Your primary goal will be to identify and generate qualified opportunities for the US-based ARs that you support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your lead pipeline, prioritize high-value opportunities, and help them work towards their Amazon launch
  • Lead detailed Discovery calls to ensure proper qualification of new opportunities
  • Update and maintain client interactions and contact information within Salesforce
  • Present decision makers with high-level value props for Selling on Amazon, Fulfillment by Amazon, and Advertising programs
  • Dive deep into challenges that are preventing Selling Partners from launching, including enrollment in Brand Registry, upload of Product Catalog, and Brand/Category approvals
  • Collect Voice-of-Seller Anecdotes and document pain points to help programmatically identify and remove blockers to Selling on Amazon
  • Implement detection mechanisms for high sales potential early in the seller journey, so that SSR can better prioritize outreach efforts at scale
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (Equivalent being 4+ years sales support or sales operations experience in e-commerce, SaaS, cloud or a related industry)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience documenting client interactions in Salesforce or another CRM
  • Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems
  • English Fluency (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years' sales support or sales operations experience
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
  • Advanced Salesforce.com experience including the development of dashboards and reports
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce business models, online marketing tactics, direct competitive landscape, and the key value-added differentiators within Amazon's offerings
