The Account Executive SSRM role is a key position within Amazon Support Services Costa Rica SRL, responsible for driving the adoption and re-adoption of Amazon Marketplace Programs among Selling Partners (SPs) from the MX Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect high-potential SPs to troubleshoot launch blockers and adopt programs that enhance their performance on the marketplace.
- Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Act as a business partner for merchants, providing data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs that optimize their success on Amazon.
- Post-acquisition, build success cases with accounts by providing business insights, training, and identifying business opportunities, and executing a growth strategy.
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
- Track business development results, analyze, and interpret reports and information for the portfolio.
- Prioritize time optimally to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.
- 1+ years of experience exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
- Advanced written and verbal skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level, including the development of dashboards and reports, and programming experience.
- SQL proficiency.
