About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in providing exceptional customer support.

Job Description Summary: This is a non-virtual, permanent position based in Costa Rica. Job applicants must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica to be eligible for consideration.

  • The role requires 2+ years of technical support experience
  • C1 English proficiency (advanced) is mandatory
  • Experience in peer coaching, mentoring, and/or training is desired

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels
  • Resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Mentor and coach peers to improve their technical skills

Requirements:

  • Already at the level of the job of interest
  • CV submitted in English
  • B1 proficiency or higher in Portuguese, French, Italian, and/or German is desirable
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt certification to drive process improvements
  • Apply SQL and Python knowledge to analyze data and identify trends
