About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in providing exceptional customer support.
Job Description Summary: This is a non-virtual, permanent position based in Costa Rica. Job applicants must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica to be eligible for consideration.
- The role requires 2+ years of technical support experience
- C1 English proficiency (advanced) is mandatory
- Experience in peer coaching, mentoring, and/or training is desired
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via various communication channels
- Resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Mentor and coach peers to improve their technical skills
Requirements:
- Already at the level of the job of interest
- CV submitted in English
- B1 proficiency or higher in Portuguese, French, Italian, and/or German is desirable
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt certification to drive process improvements
- Apply SQL and Python knowledge to analyze data and identify trends
