We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Dwellworks Costa Rica Ltd. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to users across all levels, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the help desk for third-party independent consultants, including major roll-outs to the network, and provide user support in all time zones.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing SME support for Office 365, Office Products, Ring Central, and Video Conferencing (Zoom and WebEX). You will also create troubleshooting guides for one-off situations to share knowledge with the team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years of related experience in debugging or troubleshooting. You should be proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365 and Office Suite, mobile device support, and application configuration and administration in a Microsoft environment.

We are looking for someone who can speak and write in English fluently in all business communications. Team environment and critical thinking skills are essential for this role.
