Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Amazon Business team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Develop and execute cross-functional concepts for major new Go To Market (GTM) capabilities
- Work with category, product, marketing, operations, and lead generation teams to optimize new B2B seller recruitment and existing seller performance improvement
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and business intelligence dashboards to track account information and sales progress
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
- Proven experience owning and building a plan for success
- Experience leading customer engagements via consultative and solution-based selling
- 2+ years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales and management experience
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent
- Proven ability to execute and exceed on all core goals and secondary KPIs
