About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at JCA Resources. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing and new customers to sell health products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and SMS with customers to sell health products
- Bid on sales opportunities and negotiate deals to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth
What We Offer
As a Business Development Representative at JCA Resources, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a supportive and dynamic work environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A native level of English language proficiency
- No prior sales experience required, but a strong desire to succeed in a sales role
- Ability to work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- Pay via CCSS
