We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative to join our team at Yalent. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to businesses, connecting with key decision-makers to present innovative solutions tailored to their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, persistence, and resilience in overcoming objections will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
About the Role:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, presenting InVitro Capital's innovative products and solutions.
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
- Set appointments and schedule demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving appointment-setting initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
- Stay focused on meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets in a fast-paced environment.
You'll Thrive in This Role if You Have:
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote outreach methods such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Proven lead generation skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies.
- A clear understanding of the US market.
