Senior Account Development Representative

- Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
