Sales Account Representative

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Account Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an Inside Account Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability growth for assigned accounts, working closely with our field sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate opportunities through outbound calling to assigned customer territory and potential new customer targets.
- Understand P&L metrics for the account and make appropriate pricing decisions with the final approval of Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
- Coordinate with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations.
- Perform basic account research to identify worth and future opportunity of their assigned territory and new customer targets.
- Build stable relationships internally with supporting departments (vendor management, finance, purchasing, etc.).
- Identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them in a timely manner to Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
- Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and start to offload repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
**Requirements**:
- High School Graduate
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to display a preference for interacting with people, being friendly, outgoing, articulate and socially at ease.
- Provide courteous and timely responses with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work as part of a team. Build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- High level of professionalism and business maturity.
- Ability to identify and execute creative solutions to non-routine issues.
- Ability to conduct business analysis, identify opportunities for additional revenues, and perform account planning.
- Skillfully negotiate, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- Ability to take direction and complete task in a timely manner.
- Ability to adapt to change in a high pace work environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed. Possesses strong data entry skills.
