**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Account Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an Inside Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer and territory P&L, generating new business through inbound and outbound calling, and coordinating with field sales teams to answer RFPs and provide proposals to accounts. You will also be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities through research and executing growth plans for the sales territory.
In this role, you will work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. You will be responsible for having knowledge of customers within assigned territory and creating relationships at the purchasing, sales, and operational levels. Additionally, you will align with vendor management to introduce, drive, and execute goals.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining detailed account profiles for each customer and identifying opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable. You will also be able to identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them in a timely manner to Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
We are looking for a candidate with a 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. You must be able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed. You must also possess strong data entry skills and be able to demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
We offer a professional, office environment and frequent travel required (25%). Key skills required for this role include communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, sales, strategy, taking initiative, teamwork, time management, and working independently.
