Inside Account Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Account Representative to join our team at Td Synnex. As an Inside Account Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our partners and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate account plans to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to gain business
- Engage with partners to quote prices, provide product information, and ensure successful quote/order entry
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline to guarantee continual growth and meet sales targets
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls to an established client base to quote prices and provide product information
- Build influential relationships with vendor partners and resellers to maximize profit for both Td Synnex and our partners
- Help resellers navigate vendor programs to increase sales and profits
- Identify and develop business opportunities to increase Td Synnex's sales and profits
- Represent Td Synnex professionally in daily interactions with internal and external business partners, customers, and supporting departments
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (Bachillerato en Educación Media) required plus 3 years relevant experience or 2 Year Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
- 100% proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Ability to work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines

- Foster and lead multiple lines of communication
- Maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
- Skillfully negotiate, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
- Provide courteous and timely service
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ Years degree with Sales/Marketing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Call center or Telesales experience using consultative selling skills preferred
- Demonstrate commitment to task in a highly competitive sales environment
- Ability to overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Possess solid business sense and the ability to profile likely business and technology decision makers
- Professional and polished communication skills both verbal and written
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
Professional, office environment. Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
