Key Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Account Representative will be responsible for managing daily contact with specific identified accounts. This role will work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability through developing and executing strategic client-specific solutions.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability
- Making adjustments to meet TD profitability objectives
- Identifying opportunities to sell TD's full portfolio of products and services
- Developing strategic business plans and effectively presenting to TD management
- Providing regional-level direction in the absence of the manager
- On a daily basis providing team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, and more
- Managing advanced inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build relationships with customers
- Assisting associates and reps in resolving complex, important customer problems or issues
- Helping resellers get best pricing/deals through alliance with internal TD departments
- Informing business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days
- Forming relationships
- Providing proactive business solutions
