Key Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Account Representative will be responsible for managing daily contact with specific identified accounts. This role will work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability through developing and executing strategic client-specific solutions.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Proactively managing accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability
  • Making adjustments to meet TD profitability objectives
  • Identifying opportunities to sell TD's full portfolio of products and services
  • Developing strategic business plans and effectively presenting to TD management
  • Providing regional-level direction in the absence of the manager
  • On a daily basis providing team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, and more
  • Managing advanced inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build relationships with customers
  • Assisting associates and reps in resolving complex, important customer problems or issues
  • Helping resellers get best pricing/deals through alliance with internal TD departments
  • Informing business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days
  • Forming relationships
  • Providing proactive business solutions
