Senior Sales Manager for Amazon Business

Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Manager for Amazon Business, you will lead a team of highly skilled Customer Advisors & Account Representatives who engage with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) from prospecting to strategic account growth. Your expertise in sales and leadership will drive customer engagement and adoption for our innovative leader in supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Advisors & Account Representatives in engaging with SMBs.
- Develop and implement go-to-market acquisition strategies for assigned industry sub-verticals.
- Take ownership of Industrials & Field verticals within the commercial sector and become a leading expert on supply chain practices, needs, and opportunities for SMB customers.
- Determine the best go-to-market approach for Industrials & Field verticals - SMBs, including direction for solution/product development and services.
- Participate in customer meetings to support Customer Advisors (sales reps) as they work with their customers.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Professional Services, and Product/Tech teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience of a sales team.
- 5+ years of sales experience selling to Enterprise ($500MM+) organizations.
- 3+ years of sales experience selling to procurement roles.
- Entrepreneurial background with proven ability to deal with ambiguity, pivot quickly, adapt new process and run fast.
