Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team at SoftwareOne. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, effectively selling solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and pain points to uncover opportunities for utilizing SoftwareOne's solutions
- Develop and implement a proactive strategy for prospecting and lead generation using various channels
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
- Maintain a structured approach to managing the sales pipeline and track the progress of leads and opportunities
Requirements:
- Deep experience in prospecting and relationship development
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and negotiation tactics
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including CRM tools utilization and collaboration with internal teams
- Advanced English proficiency and industry/market awareness
