Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing long-term sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- 4-year college degree from an accredited university.
- 5-7 years of relevant sales management experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
