Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and key account management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage key customer relationships, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including marketing, product development, and customer service.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, sales reports, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and key account management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
