Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client groups, ensuring that company and client objectives are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies to enhance productivity and improve processes and procedures;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with client SLAs and contractual requirements;
  • Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams to provide excellent service to customers and clients;
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and development;
  • Identifying areas for cost savings and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a managing coach role or equivalent external experience;
  • Certificates/Licenses: Must be able to be licensed with the appropriate collection/trace licenses for all applicable jurisdictions, if required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
