We provide competitive compensation packages with a base salary and uncapped commission target, a yearly performance bonus, and additional benefits focused on employee well-being.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate at 360Training, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling, account management, order support, and strategy. The successful candidate will drive growth within new and existing assigned accounts in the SMB space by developing sales strategies to identify and penetrate these accounts.

The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, excellent relationship building abilities, and a proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas in a Business-to-Business market. They should also have experience in new customer acquisition and account management techniques, as well as familiarity with e-Learning and Web-based training.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, demonstrate, and sell our Web-based training and compliance offers to prospective clients in a geographic territory.
  • Drive growth within new and existing assigned accounts in the SMB space.
  • Develop sales strategies to identify and penetrate SMB accounts.
  • Well-versed in the end-to-end sales process, understand how to navigate obstacles, and identify personal and professional wins of buyer(s) and influencers.
  • Leverage call and video technology to execute sales activities needed to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Proposal Process: Identify prospect needs and develop proposals, including assisting with the development of major business terms.
  • Contract Preparation and Negotiation: Facilitate the contract negotiation process, eliminating obstacles to execution, closing the sale.
  • Order Processing: Support the Account Executive team with order processing needs.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales projections and the value of deals.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus uncapped commission targets and a yearly performance bonus. Our comprehensive compensation package includes health insurance, paid time off, and additional benefits to ensure our employees' overall well-being.
