Zenoti, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the beauty and wellness industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving adoption and usage of our system features, integrations, and solutions among existing customers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, comprehensive medical coverage for yourself and your immediate family, and opportunities to be part of a dynamic community with social activities and give-back initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. They will also have a good understanding of MS Excel, MS Office, Google apps, Jira, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Agile project management methodologies, and technical background to understand complex product functionality, design, and technical issues.

In this role, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants to drive solutions, proposals, and Statements of Work from pre-sale to position value propositions for engagements with customers. You will manage and maintain project engagement information, including requirements definition, scope, solutions, cost estimates, schedules, metrics, status reporting, and customer expectations and relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include managing internal and external cross-team dependencies, coordinating across teams on initiatives and blocking issues, escalating issues requiring attention with product, support, and other teams, and driving information sharing and capturing best practices across the Professional Services team. You will also address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction and stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flows, solutions sales process, and industry news and market dynamics.
