The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Relationship Representative to join our sales team. This key role ensures the success of our fast-growing customer base by driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with customers to understand their evolving needs, positioning renewals, and additional software and hardware to meet their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and retention
- Evaluate customer accounts, identifying areas for expansion and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Renewals Sales, Field Sales, and Channel Partners, to drive new business opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with Sales Account Managers to ensure seamless customer engagement and opportunity closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through excellent service and support
