Job Description: As a Channel Sales Regional Growth Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping our channel development strategies. Your primary responsibilities include defining how Nitel can position itself to expand business development opportunities and channel partnerships across your specified markets.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales as well as partner engagement. You will seek, qualify, train, and manage sales agents to become consistent revenue producers for your assigned channel region.
Collaboration and Communication: You will collaborate with the RVP Channel Sales Regional Channel Directors (RCDs); as well as a cross-functional leadership team to establish go-to-market strategy, sales, and growth goals with transactional partners. You will also act as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure delivery of services and ongoing sales agent and customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Execution: You will develop and execute sales strategies to drive regional channel sales revenue across multiple states in your assigned region. This includes actively cultivating new agent engagement from a predefined list of prospective transactional agents, and coaching and educating sales agents regarding Nitel products, processes, and procedures to improve their productivity and results.
Presentation and Proposal Development: You will attend sales calls with end users to qualify and present Nitel solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales agents to qualify and strategize on prospective Nitel sales opportunities, and prepare complete and accurate sales job packages.
