Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Professional to join our team in Costa Rica. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts in LATAM, driving improvements across various selling and expansion-related fields, and building a deep knowledge of the leading edge of global eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and managing a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries.
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities across a complex Mexican business landscape.
  • Liaising and maintaining regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events.
  • Analyzing data and producing insightful business strategies that make a difference.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups.
  • E-Commerce industry or related industry experience.
  • Analytical skills and highly data driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity.
