We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Account Sales Professional to join our team at TD SYNNEX. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and profitability by managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:
The Inside Account Sales Professional will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth through proactive sales efforts. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
About the Role:
- Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)
- This is a full-time position with a 25% travel requirement
- You will be working in a professional office environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Management: Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure retention and growth of their business
- New Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Sales Efforts: Drive business growth through proactive sales efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and trade show attendance
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
