**Job Overview**
Td Synnex is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Account Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and territory profitability, leveraging your analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop new business through targeted outreach, collaborate with field sales teams, and provide customized proposals to accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities through research and strategic planning.
- Create and maintain detailed account profiles, identifying opportunities to upsell TD Synnex solution offerings and developing written documentation.
- Anticipate and address potential issues in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with customers at all levels, working collaboratively with sales support teams.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of TD Synnex's strategy and initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination.
- Ability to execute instructions, possess strong data entry skills, and demonstrate complex problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on driving tasks to completion.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with others.
Working Conditions:** This role is based in a professional office environment with frequent travel requirements (approximately 25% of the time).
We estimate that the salary range for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
