Business Development Manager for Sales and Operations Alignment

**Key Responsibilities:**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the alignment between our sales and operations teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between these two critical functions.
**Key Deliverables:**
Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between sales and operations. This includes:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales and operations alignment
- Fostering a culture of open communication and transparency across both teams
- Providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales and operations performance
- Identifying and addressing any operational issues that may impact sales performance
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management)
- Proven experience in sales and operations management, with a strong understanding of how both functions work together
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across both teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues
