Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead the execution of programs and strategies, coordinating efforts through all concerned operations and support groups. The successful candidate will manage assigned accounts with a focus on achieving defined business goals and objectives through coordination and partnership with key business partners.
The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through effective management strategies, position the business for growth in new revenue generating capacities, and use information and analysis to prepare and conduct negotiations for call center service agreements and negotiate contractual terms, conditions, and pricing.
The role involves developing, defining, and maintaining budgets and operating plans for different accounts assigned, as well as implementing and communicating long-term objectives of the organization to call center units.
The successful candidate will set goals with high-level management teams, make decisions, and maintain result orientation while reviewing daily performance activities to ensure objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage business acumen to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
