Regional Sales Director

Establish a strong presence in Central America as our Head of Regional Sales, driving business growth and managing a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of the financial services industry to spearhead our expansion in this region. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new leads through market research, conference attendance, and networking
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team to meet monthly and annual targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive sales processes
- Providing strategic support to key clients and ensuring their needs are met
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as medical insurance and a multicultural working environment that fosters personal initiative and growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in the financial services sector
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A valid business contact network in Central America and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
