Global Sales Enablement Director

Netskope is a pioneering company in cloud, network, and data security.
We need a seasoned professional to lead our global sales enablement function. As the Sales Planning and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our go-to-market (GTM) planning systems and processes.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in data transformation and experience in managing sales planning activity.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience leading sales planning teams, with a proven track record of success in territory, quota, and compensation planning.
You will collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance to establish challenging yet achievable goals based on validated measures of opportunity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading all facets of the annual sales and financial planning cycle
• Aligning sales territories with customer buying preferences and our value proposition
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership and Finance to plan quotas and compensation
• Supporting the design and implementation of incentive compensation planning
• Ensuring regular updates to territory, quota, and compensation operations
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
