Global Sales Enablement Specialist

The Global Sales Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and growth for Smartsheet's teams worldwide.
As the primary point of contact for new hires, this individual will work closely with the Senior Manager of Global Field Enablement to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing program logistics, including calendar, inbox, and communications
- Fielding questions and providing support to new hires and their managers throughout the first 90 days
- Organizing and managing logistics for on-site and virtual training programs
- Overseeing development and curation of internal training content for LMS platforms
- Implementing and tracking metrics to ensure new hire performance thresholds are met
This position requires a strong understanding of sales enablement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. A degree in Business Administration or Project Management is desirable, along with 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, sales, or a related field.
A competitive salary is offered, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include fully paid health and life insurance, a monthly stipend, and access to LinkedIn Learning online courses.
