As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing Smartsheet’s BDR/SDR Enablement Program. We seek a seasoned sales enablement professional who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a skilled facilitator with strong coaching/mentorship skills. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver workshops, roleplays, and interactive sessions to train and coach BDRs & SDRs globally.

This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Global Field Enablement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a comprehensive Global Onboarding Program for BDRs & SDRs, focusing on sales skills and tools while ensuring consistency across regions.
  • Design and deliver workshops, roleplays, and interactive sessions to enhance BDR & SDR skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and effective communication.
  • Provide individual and group coaching to BDRs & SDRs, tailoring sessions to their unique needs and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Analyze performance metrics and trends, influencing the overall program strategy and implementing targeted coaching strategies.

**Required Skills:**

  • 8+ years of SaaS Enablement experience in a training delivery or coaching role.
  • 2-3 years in a business development, sales development, or quota-carrying role (top performer a plus).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to command a room and motivate others.
  • B2 English Proficiency Level or higher.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and processes (i.e. MEDDICC, Sandler), and common sales tools (i.e. Outreach, ZoomInfo, Tableau).
  • Ability to adjust strategies, structures, and programs with a metrics-driven approach linked to desired learning outcomes.
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, principles, and evaluation models.
  • Project management experience delivering quality products on short timeframes.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them engaging.
  • Collaboration and project management skills in multiple locations.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% when needed.
