Global Sales Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our Global Sales team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across Japan and Australia, driving improvements across various selling and expansion-related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying and managing a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities across a complex Mexican business landscape.
- Liaising and maintaining regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events.
- Analyzing data and producing insightful business strategies that make a difference.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts.
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups.
- E-Commerce industry or related industry experience.
- Analytical skill and highly data driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity.
