This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them grow their businesses on our platform.



About the Job


In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients, working closely with them to understand their business needs and goals.


You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams within Amazon Support Services Costa Rica SRL to develop and implement solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success on our platform.
  • Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, developing and implementing targeted strategies to drive results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and other resources to help clients maximize their use of our platform.
  • Work closely with client-facing teams to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless execution of client requests and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, applying this knowledge to enhance client experiences and outcomes.


Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving growth and retention, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as social media and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of sales and account management methodologies, such as CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
