Account Management Leader for Ecommerce Growth

Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl - B20 is seeking an experienced Account Management Leader to drive growth through seller recruitment and program adoption.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional sales support or sales operations experience in e-commerce, SaaS, cloud, or a related industry, with a proven track record of leading large teams and managing multiple projects with prioritization and strategic planning.
This role requires analytical thinking and experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for business plans and decision-making. The successful candidate will also have experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suites, and project management tools.
A competitive estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a top-performing sales support and operations team, collaborating with internal teams including Category Management, Data Science, Tech, and Learning & Development.
Responsibilities include:
- Scaling the Self-Service Registration inbound recruitment program
- Executing core KPIs, plans, processes, and programs for the 3P Seller business
- Leading cross-functional projects and teams to manage large and complicated projects
- Llaunching new teams, ecommerce, leading international teams, and engaging global counterparts
