Key Account Manager for Nutrition Business in Central America

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion in our Nutrition Division based in Costa Rica. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a District Manager responsible for leading and guiding our sales force to achieve sales goals and expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and sales, with experience in a pharmaceutical or medical sales company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Coaching and supervising sales teams to ensure sales targets are met
* Providing administrative and tactical support to sales representatives
* Managing budgets and resources effectively to drive business growth
In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
