As a Senior Biosimilar Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth in Central America and the Dominican Republic.
Job Description:
As a Senior Biosimilar Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing strong relationships with customers, including distributors, doctors, and pharmacies. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets by fostering and extending relationships with key stakeholders and identifying solutions that enhance patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales goals in Central America and the Dominican Republic
- Manage commercial management, financial, inventory management, and supply coordination with the marketing, regulatory, and medical teams
- Coordinate and manage Sell In variables through Key Account Managers in Central America and the Dominican Republic
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, doctors, and pharmacies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar field, with an MBA preferred
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
- At least 10 years of experience in a regional role leading teams at pharmaceutical companies, preferably in the generics industry
- Strong influence skills
