The P2P Content Enablement and Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in supporting procurement teams within a strategic environment. This regional position collaborates closely with Lonza's Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Order Management teams to ensure the compliant and proactive execution of content management processes.

This specialist will work alongside the Procurement Content Advisory Manager to identify continuous improvement opportunities in Lonza's Ariba and SAP ERP system. As part of a regional network, this role requires a high customer service-focused, team-player mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as a support function for operational and strategic procurement teams.
  • Capturing procurement data generated by central and site procurement teams in a consistent manner.
  • Creating and maintaining procurement master data for new and existing materials in SAP ERP.
  • Establishing and maintaining supply agreements in SAP ERP.
  • Ensuring PO pricing and payment terms remain accurate when terms change.
  • Supporting content analytics evaluation in collaboration with Procurement Content Advisory Manager and Strategic Buyer.
  • Executing and monitoring activities related to procurement data strategy.
  • Supporting supplier onboarding/enabling in Ariba, catalog creation, and technical troubleshooting in Ariba.
  • Providing training to procurement teams.
  • Supporting enhancements on support systems and tools (ServiceNow).
Requirements
  • Advanced English language skills, both oral and written.
  • At least 5 years of experience in P2P or master data in a shared service environment.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba 'Supplier Enablement & Onboarding' methodology & Guided Buying Set up.
  • Hands-on experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience of implementing process compliance and continuous improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related areas desired.
  • Proficiency in support tools, such as ServiceNow.
  • Nice to have: German language skills.
