Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our US market expansion efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the US market
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
- Engage directly with strategic customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Monitor performance of sales representatives and teams, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Develop and deliver business operational reviews to summarize key performance drivers and critical insights
- Create a high-performing, energized, and supportive culture that emphasizes reward and recognition
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a multi-contact, high volume inbound and outbound environment
- +2 years experience managing and developing a team of managers
- B2B and SaaS experience is required
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing sales representatives and managers
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Been trained and practiced in the art of consultative, needs-benefits selling
- Skilled in solution packaging, proposal design, and contract negotiations
- Experience navigating sales cycles and contracts in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Ability to be creative, flexible, and objective in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Chorus preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, B2 English Proficiency Level or higher
- Degree or relevant work experience
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
